The discography is in excellent condition with light wear and a stain about the size of a dime on the back cover. There are a few notes and corrections throughout the book, I have include a scan with typical notation.
The First Supplement in in excellent or better condition with a corrections on a couple of pages. The book is also signed and inscribed by the author, I have included a scan of the inscription.
