SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICALS STYLES.  PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE SAME COPY OF 'THE VELVET UNDERGROUND AND NICO' LP THAT I OFFERED ON EBAY LAST WEEK - THAT COPY HAS BEEN SOLD, THIS IS MY SECOND AND CURRENTLY MY LAST COPY OF THIS LP.  This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1967 VERVE RECORDS U.S. STEREO PRESSING of the 1967 LP titled 'The Velvet Underground & Nico' containing eleven groundbreaking progressive alternative tracks from New York underground / new wave pioneers The Velvet Underground, their debut LP.  It is Verve Records catalog number V6-5008, heavy rigid vinyl pressing, heavy gatefold cardboard cover with yellow banana sticker and back cover photo with the Emerson face and torso backdrop airbrushed out, blue mid-1960s Verve Records labels with silver print.  The yellow banana sticker has previously been partially peeled and reaffixed to the cover with a 2" missing area at the top of the banana and a tear about 2/3 of the way down the banana's length as can be seen in my accompanying image.  Tracks: Sunday Morning, I'm Waiting For The Man, Femme Fatale, Venus In Furs, Run Run Run, All Tomorrow's Parties, Heroin, There She Goes Again, I'll Be Your Mirror, The Black Angel's Death Song, European Son.  Visual condition of record is VG with a small amount of light visible surface marks, none of which can be felt or will affect play, and a small cluster of surface scratches at the end of side 1 which can be felt and which will cause some ticks, no skips.  One label has a couple of spindle marks, labels have no other problems .  Condition of cover is a low to mid VG+ with some general ring and contact wear, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners.   Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers other than the yellow banana sticker.  The correct Verve Records stock inner sleeve is also included.  This historic LP would be a choice cornerstone addition to any alternative or new wave rock record collection! Winning bidder pays $3.50 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage including registered with signature delivery to the UK, Japan, or anyplace in Europe is $26.00, Canada $20.00.  Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE!
