Description

This auction is for a 1960's Mono copy of the Velvet Underground's " The Velvet Underground & Nico" produced by Andy Warhol (Verve LP 5008). I believe this to be the 3rd version without the upside down male torso but I've got the picture of the back cover so you decide. The record is graded VG and the cover is graded VG also due to slight ring wear and storage scuffs as seen on the front cover picture . The cover has a 1/2" corner bend on the top right side , a 3" to 4" split along the bottom , a 5" split on the right side of the gatefold cover, a 3" split on the top right corner. The sticker is still intact but has an attempted 1" peel at the top of the Banana. Scott has also written his name in small print on the upper right side. Record comes in the original Verve sleeve. I have bought and sold collectible records on Goldmine and at record shows for over 15 years so grading should be accurate!. Please bid with confidence. U.S. buyer to pay 5.50 shipping and international is more. We ship all records in cardboard record mailers for protection.Thank you for looking!
