Description

VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO.  Original US press with Warhol peelable banana cover on Verve V6-5008 from 1967.  Torso pictured on back cover.  Cover is solid strong VG+.  No splits, very light wear.  Banana mostly in tact.  Only missing tip of stem with a crease at base of stem where it was folded back in attempt to remove sticker.  Still displays very nicely.  Vinyl visually grades NM but I'll call it conservative VG+ due to very light background noise in spots.  No ticks, pops or significant marks.  Light occasional background noise does not detract from music at all.  Very nice copy.  I will be listing more sealed, rare and audiophile items soon, so please check back.  Only shipping within USA at this time.  Thanks for looking!
