Description
Wow! The original VERTIGO motion picture soundtrack on Mercury Records #MG20384
Music by Bernard Herrmann.
A nice vinyl find in good condition!
Be sure to read this before bidding:
CONDITION OF VINYL RECORD AND SLEEVE:
Vinyl: VG++ with a few pops but no skips
Cover: VG- or Good+++ Very slight ringwear on cover, a little blemish near the upper right, some creases along the bottom, right lower corner slightly bumped. Top seam split from right to left about 3 inches. There's a little piece of transparent tape in the middle of top seam, and that's pretty much where the split stops. Hard to see the tape, you have to hold it to the light to see it. Bottom seam and spine are VERY GOOD, only the top seam has the problem. Back cover is white with credits and album notes: no ring-wear or yellowing here! Biggest flaw is on the cover, someone wrote the name 'neyes' on James Stewart's forehead! This writing is in regular blue ballpoint ink and is VERY LIGHT. It normally would not have showed up in a photo scan--I used the photo artwork to make it more pronounced.
Original Mercury Inner Dust Sleeve: Very nice to get this included, though it is split along the bottom.
Tracks:
Vertigo Prelude and Rooftop
Madeline and Carlotta's Portrait
The Beach
Farewell and the Tower
The Nightmare and Dawn
Love Music
The Necklace and the Return/Finale
MO's OK! Good luck!
