Description
WOW!......This is the super rare 1956 mono release by RCA Victor (LPM-1256) of "Singing Down the Lane" by country great Jim Reeves. This album is listed in the 2009 Goldmine Price Guide at $200 for NM condition. This album is not NM however the shiny vinyl is in EXC condition with some minor light scratches that do not impact the great mono sound throughout. The jacket is rated VG to VG+ as there is a 3" seam split at bottom right where record is inserted (see photo) and a .25" split beginning at upper right corner. This jacket with great cover art would be a great candidate to frame for those so inclined. A new generic white inner sleeve and a new heavy duty poly slip on is included to protect this classic gem another 59+ years. This will ship in heavy duty record mailer with lots of bubble wrap.
