VERY RARE Cliff Richard 7" Sampler vinyl promoting Every Face Tells a Story

MINT CONDITION. NEVER PLAYED. I obtained this in 1977 from a UK Radio Station. It is a one sided 7" EP which was I think manufactured to promote the LP 'Every Face Tells a Story'. The serial number is PSRS410.  The single/EP ( not sure what to call it) has 'Demo record not for Sale' printed on it. It is 33 1/3 RPM. It has 3 tracks: Every Face Tells a Story; You Got Me Wondering; Spider Man ( edited version). The seller is not a Cliff fan and so the vinyl has never been played. It has just sat in a crate in my loft for 35 years. The cover sleeve is in Near Mint condition with a 'ring mark' on the reverse. Can a Cliff fan please give this collectable piece of vinyl a good home?
