HEAVYWEIGHT QUALITY 163g
VG-. There are only light marks to both sides...I noticed two tiny skips on track 1, side 2-not sure why as I couldn't see the offending mark! So a gentle clean and/or a slightly heavier stylus may combat this..
I have just listened to the whole album...GORGEOUS, DEEP AND RICH SOUND RE-PRODUCTION....WHAT AN ALBUM!!
There is a small amount of background noise, more evident in the quieter sections eg at the start of Love To You on side 1....Which I believe will be severely reduced with a professional clean to get the dust out of the grooves....
(I WISH I HAD A VPI MACHINE-Anyone have a cheap 2nd hand one?!)
Superb original sound, lovely and flat and retains it's lovely shine.
Rich bass.
QUALITY HEAVY VINYL-TURN IT UP!
HEAVY TOO
Labels: EX-. All in accordance with the re-released 1st press:
"SOLD IN THE U.K." central text.
"THE GRAMOPHONE CO.." rim text.
There are only light spindle marks-visible when angled to the light with minimal hole wear...really, VERY NICE.
NO WRITING
'KT' Tax code to side 1 label.
"DOCTOR ROBERT" on the side two label.
Please see the detailed photo's.
Sleeve: VG+. A very nice, solid example here. There are a few small lines of spidering to the front laminate, near the opening...with some small fingers of spidering emanating from the seams...As usual I am being very critical.
The corners have some light rubbing.
Strong, rounded Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks.
The bottom of the cover has what appears to be a factory defect of some sort of light brownish residue..?
WONDERFULLY strong spine...CLEARLY stating the album title.
No Writing
PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED IMAGES PROVIDED AND READ MY HONEST FEEDBACK FOR TRUE GRADINGS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
It has the text to the bottom right corner to the back flipback:
"PRINTED AND MADE BY GARROD & LOFTHOUSE LTD. PATENTS PENDING"
Inner: EX. It is the ORIGINAL Use Emitex, tracing paper-lined, in FANTASTIC condition too!
Made from heavy-weight paper.
Done her job in keeping the record in great shape too!
NO SPLITS
NO TEARS
GRAB THIS LITTLE BEAUTY FOR IT'S ORIGINAL QUALITY, WONDERFUL SOUND REPRODUCTION AND ALL COMPLETE TOO-AS THE BEATLES WANTED YOU TO SEE THIS ALBUM BACK IN '66!
