Description
About This Record. This is an original very first UK pressing of the Groundhog's first LP released on Liberty Records in 1968 that is entitled "Scratchin' the Surface" . . . and yes, first pressing with matrix numbers ending in A-1 and B-1. Nice copy. Please see my other 15 Groundhogs records I have already, or will be soon, listing on eBay.

Cover: STRONG Very Good (VG). There are no spine or seam splits, but the laminated cover shows major-is ring wear and some creasing around where the LP sat inside. Also, some of the lamination is left on the front cover along portions of the spine. See photos.
Insert. Includes a UK denominated (stamped) paper sleeve.
Vinyl: Excellent Plus (EX-). Light evidence of careful play. Keeper.
Label Condition: Light bubbling on Side Two label from a price sticker (most likely) if you look very hard. Please see photos. Feel free to ask questions.
Shipping: $4.00 USA shipping on however many records you purchase. All my records come carefully packed after I clean them on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place them in a new rice-paper sleeve so they will be ready for you to play.
Vinyl Grading: My grading [Cover/Vinyl] F/G-/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/EX-/EX/EX+/NM/Sealed. Records are visually graded unless otherwise indicated because some of these blues recordings, are by nature, not the best recordings and everybody has a different point of view about what a NM looking records plays like when the source are old recordings that themselves have crackle, etc.
