This is an original NEVER seen copy of Mavi Isiklar's same titled LP from 1967 which earns six (6) Hans Pokora Beat/Garage Stars, as well as Hans' personal seal of satisfaction.  I bought this in 1986 in Istanbul after EXTENDED discussions.  Even though this record looks REALLY RIPPED and NOT in great shape, the person said he would not sell it to me, only the cassette tape on which he had recorded it.  I said I do have a cassette player in my car, but really wanted the vinyl.  So I got it, and now is your chance as well :) Plays through with lots of crackle and pops but no skips or sticks or jumps at 1.2 grams on my high-end turntable.

I actually have been looking through all my Pokora books, and cannot find another six star LP that earns his personal seal of satisfaction.  What that means is that there IS NOT OTHER RECORD RATED HIGHER BY HANS POKORA THAN This one; I can only find a few that even have six stars.  So, Good look, but of course this is NOT a keeper copy of the vinyl (although the cover is not too shabby (although not in the best shape). There are only a handful of records that receive this kind of praise from Hans, and I agree with them all. Please see the details below about the cover, vinyl, labels and everything else you might want to know.

I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA and foreign buyers in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase).  Comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaner and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren.  And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).

Cover Condition: STRONG Very Good Minus (VG-).  Spine has a one and one half inch spine split about ready to happen; numerous creases, and corner rubs, but still not so bad. Please see all my Photos.  I didn't take them for fun and frolic.

Vinyl Condition: STRONG Good (G).  Numerous scratches, Looks horrible and scary to put on your turntable, but it plays through on my turntable at 1.2 grams.  But lots of background noise and pops etc.  But no sticks or jumps or cracks in the vinyl etc.  Very cool and very rare record.

Labels. Nice labels but light wear.  Please see photos of all labels.

Inserts: None; no worries, the LP comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and in a new rice paper sleeve equivalent.

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
