Description
This is a vintage 1975 stereo vinyl on the Elektra Records butterfly label by the group Queen entitled " A Night At The Opera " (7E-1053). The labels and the vinyl run-off each reflect " CSM " indicative that the record was pressed at the Columbia, Santa Maria pressing plant. There are twelve (12) tracks in all including the singles " Bohemian Rhapsody " and " You're My Best Friend ". All lyrics and 4 small individual photos of Queen members are on the inner gatefold section of the outer jacket.
CONDITION of VINYL: The shiny vinyl with the Butterfly labels show a few superficial scuffs/scratches on each side. There is also a very slight warp to this vinyl. We have fully test played both sides and received solid playback without issue. We rate the vinyl's overall condition as Very Good Plus (VG+) using Goldmine standards. A new generic inner sleeve is included.
CONDITION of JACKET: The outer jacket has the embossed cover and is of gatefold design. There is some fading, wrinkles and light ring wear on the front and back covers and a bend at the u[[er right corner on both sides of the cover. There is some finish loss on the front side of the bent corner. There are NO seam splits to this jacket including the spine which is also legible as to title and catalogue number. We rate the overall conidtion of this jacket as a solid Very Good (VG) using Goldmine guidelines. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this 43 year-old vinyl LP for many years to come !
