543.  VINTAGE 78 RPM VARSITY BLUES RECORD ~ DOWN SOUTH BOYS (KING SOLOMON HILL FROM PARAMOUNT), VARSITY 6010

 

Item is black shellac and is double-sided, has gold and blue Varsity records label, and is in original paper Varsity sleeve.

 

Varsity 6010 (mx. C1717) “Whoopie Blues”/(mx. C1718) “Down on Bended Knee”.

 

This item plays loudly and clearly with light surface noise (not sure if due to Varsity surfaces, age, or noisy

Paramount transfer).  The surface still retains a lot of shine.  Item measures 10 inches in diameter.

 

There is light visible wear (light scratches and scuffs) on this item, one small very light scratch on label,

marker writing and creases on the paper sleeve, and item is dusty and could use a gentle cleaning. 

 

This item has no visible cracks, chips, heavy scratches, stains,

spindle marks or heavy label wear, warps, or water damage.


NOTE:  No worries with packing...I will pack and ship this record like the pros do.
