Hi and Welcome, I am not a record dealer or expert or anything like that, this Beatles LP and the other 2 listed have just been found in  amongst a load of junk in the back room of a house that is being renovated, I have looked on the net to get some info on these but that is it as to grading I am not very good, I can only describe what is before me, if you do have any questions then please don't hesitate to ask. Here we have a boxed "Let it be"  I think there is a bit of packaging missing that holds the book in place The record is in lovely condition but would benefit with a professional clean there are no scratches that i can see and there is no wear around the hole , it has the numbers  yex-773-2u on side one and yex-774-2u on side two, The book is in very near mint condition and again the covers could do with a clean . You are more than welcome to collect and I'm just 25 + mins from J 29/30 on the M25, postcode ss9 4nu. Ray
