This listing is for a vintage Vogue 78rpm picture record featuring Shoo Fly Pie and Apple Pan Dowdy on one side and Who's Got a Tent for Rent on the other side, sung by The King's Jesters. The record does have scuffs and scratches on it. So, we are not sure how well it will play. Great piece of memorabilia!

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs will be determined based on destination of package to the buyer. Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page to determine the cost of shipping to your location. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple winning bids when it is feasible to ship together.

Once in a while, the shipping calculator is not accurate, especially if the item is large. If you question the calculation, please contact us with your zip code and we will be happy to go to the USPS, FedEx or UPS site to get a more accurate calculation for you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We ship this item worldwide. However, please be aware that each country has their own prohibitions and restrictions regarding products imported into their country. Please review your country’s requirements regarding products we sell and do not bid on the item if it is not allowed into your country. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to ship to Italy. 

We ship our items in a very timely manner once payment has cleared, usually one to two business days. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over customs. An item may be reviewed and held in customs for an extended period of time.  This can take up to a month or more.  Please, before leaving feedback, notify us that you have not received the package.  We will track the package to see where it is and notify you of its progress.

INSURANCE POLICY

Insurance is required for this item. Items can not only be damaged in transit, but they can also be lost. Once we ship an item, responsibility for the package belongs to the shipping company.  If an item is damaged in transit, we will gladly help with completing a claim form for the buyer to be reimbursed by the shipping company. Please let us know as soon as you receive a damaged package so that we may start the claims process.

RETURN POLICY

If item is not as described, we will gladly give a refund. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt prior to return of the item for shipping instructions. Item MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

NONPAYMENT POLICY

Please communicate and pay in a timely manner. We routinely send a friendly automated reminder if payment has not been received within 5 days. If a payment is not received within 7 days, we do contact eBay. They will send an eBay warning to remind the customer that he/she needs to pay for the item. If it is not paid for following that, we will request a final value fee credit from eBay so that we may retrieve the expenses we paid eBay for selling the item.  EBay will reimburse us and will issue a nonpaying bidder strike against the buyer. If the item is not paid for within 10 days of sale, we reserve the right to immediately relist the item or sell to the second highest bidder. Once relisted, the item is no longer available to the previous buyer.
