Super-rare original 1983 release with textured black paper outer sleeve. Italian Records EX 41L2, distributed by Rough Trade Records. 
I'm the original owner of these records.  This one was barely played, so the disks are in Excellent condition.  Glossy inner sleeves with photo art are also in excellent condition. Textured black paper outer sleeve has been torn (see photos). 
Item will be shipped in extra heavy duty packaging for protection in transit.  --
