For your consideration is the Pre-owned, Still Sealed Pearl Jam Vitalogy LP pictured.  Please Read Entire Auction So You Know Exactly What You Are Bidding On. - Bought locally upon it's release and has been in protective, smoke-free storage since.  It is still shrink wrapped sealed, though the wrap is starting to come apart in the spine as shown in the pictures.  A very Rare and Beautiful, Original Item Perfect for any Pearl Jam Lover or Album Collector.  Shipping is FREE for this auction.  If you have any questions or need additional photos please feel free to let us know, prior to bidding.  Don't forget to read through the entire description and auction details.

By bidding on this auction you confirm to be 18 years or older and have read and agree to all our terms herein, including any listed under our "me" page, and are legally bound by them.  Any breach or non-compliance of our auction terms may result in item being re-listed, no-pay alert filed, potential legal action. 

IMPORTANT

Please understand we welcome everyone.  However, in an effort to protect our customers and ourselves, we require if you have a feedback total less than 7, no activity in the past 90 days, or any negative feedback due to non-payment in the past 6 months, you must first contact seller for our authorization and approval to bid, or we reserve the right to cancel and remove your bid/s.

PAYMENTS

---> Payment, which is expected at close of auction, but due within 4 days of auction end, is "Confirmed & Verified Paypal."  No unconfirmed addresses!  If payment has not been received within a maximum 4 days from auction end, you automatically forfeit the auction win and item will be re-listed.  If auction has to be re-listed a no-pay alert will be filed and appropriate feedback left.  We do not accept personal and/or business checks! 

SHIPPING

---> FREE SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION IF BUY-IT-NOW IS USED!  Otherwise, shipping is $8 and must be included with your Paypal Payment.  Currently we do not ship outside of the United States of America.  For USA Residents, shipping will be First Class or (sometimes Priority) Mail, via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  **  General Shipping for our Auctions:  Unless otherwise stated, shipping is $3 and will include Delivery Confirmation.  For non-coin and bullion items we combine shipping for Free for all 'like items' that are won in the same day only.  For Coins and Bullion we offer Combined Shipping (with other silver bullion only) is only $1 extra for each additional auction won 'in the same day only.'  All multiple auction wins must be paid for in one single payment or discount is null and void and individual shipping charges will apply.  Overnight shipping available at higher rates.  Inquire within prior to bidding.

INVOICING

We will send an invoice upon auction close.  No need to wait for our invoice if you only have a single auction win and are paying immediately.  However, if you have multiple auction wins, please wait for our updated invoice to ensure you have the correct totals and are making one single payment for all.  Doing so will help avoid any delays.

RETURNS

      *** We can only accept returns on items misrepresented by us in an auction for up to 14 days.  It is extremely rare this will happen, but if you win an item and feel it was misrepresented in the auction please ensure to contact us immediately for return and refund instructions.  Otherwise & all other items:  ALL SALES FINAL!  NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Any attempt to defraud seller, alter our terms by way of eBay or any other entity, or extort a refund, etc; is considered unlawful and may result in legal action.  If you can not, will not and/or do not 100% accept and agree with seller's Returns Policy for this item then please exercise your right to bid on something else.  General Returns Info For Non-Scrap:  Contact us immediately if you have a return request.  Given the type of items we sell, along with the frequent shift in cost and values associated, we will only accept returns or refunds for three (3) days from the time the USPS scans item as being delivered to the address you provide, and only if due to a major listing error on our part.  Please, no buyer's remorse.  We provide very detailed and meticulous descriptions of the items being offered at auction, and always include scans or pictures of those actual items.  Therefore, if a buyer is paying attention on what s/he is bidding there should be no reason for a return or refund.  Any refund granted due to a listing error on our part will be purchase price only.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Buyer must return the exact item in original condition and packaging.  Item must be post marked within 3 days of your initial receipt of item.  Any refunds outside of the aforementioned will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%.  Any attempt to defraud us or return an item that is not the Exact item we sent and in the Exact condition in which we sent it, is illegal and will be treated as such.
