THE CONTEST BETWEEN HARMONY AND INVENTION OP 8, CONDUCTED BY RENATO FASANO ORIG UK HMV STEREO
HMV LABEL 1960 ORIGINAL FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING WITH GARROD & LOFTHOUSE PATENT PENDING FRONT LAMINATED FLIP BACK SINGLE SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH FAIR SLEEVE.

Released in 1960 on the first issue cream & gold HMV label, I am offering today this original first UK STEREO pressing of this hard to find classical album which is part 3 of what was originally a 3 record set titled "VIVALDI THE CONTEST BETWEEN HARMONY AND INVENTION CONCERTOS 9-12" conducted by RENATO FASANO. The vinyl is in clean excellent condition and plays through with excellent audio needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips.
The album comes with its original Garrod & Lofthouse patents pending front laminated flip back single sleeve which is in fair condition. There is no splits or unwanted writing etc but it shows some staining and water damage especially to the back panel.
The VINYL, The Vinyl is in clean excellent condition.
The SLEEVE, The patents pending front laminated flip back single sleeve is in fair condition and shows some staining and water damage otherwise no splits or unwanted writing etc.
The LABELS, The HMV labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The company inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc but is creased.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
