Fantastic West Coast punk from San Francisco. 4 bands, 4 winners. This brilliant 7“ sampler titled SF UNDERGROUND. You are bidding on the original first pressing, released on famous US punk label ‘Subterranean’ records in 1979. It’s also the very first label release (catalogue number SUB 1). Complete with original fold-out photo/lyric sheet. ‘Asexuality In The 80s’ by the TOOLS is superb pogopunk with raw vocals. ‘Johnny Got His Gun’ by NO ALTERNATIVE is another powerful and energetic US punker with amazing lyrics. You can also listen to the incredible VKTMS track ‘Ballad Of Pincushion Smith’ and to the amazing FLIPPER song ‘Earthworm’. Produced by TOOLS, SICK PLEASURE and CODE OF HONOR guitarist Michael Fox, owner of the ‘Subterranean’ label. Here’s also the comment from the wonderful FLEX (US Hardcore/Punk Discography):

 

  • Je ein Track von No Alternative (astreiner melodischer Punk Rock à la Posh Boy), Flipper (abgedreht und LANGSAM), Tools (etwas langweiliger 3-chord-Punk-Rock) und VKTMS (kaputter Punk Rock, s. Single-B-Seite). Abwechslungsreich und (bis auf Tools) sehr lohnend.

Versand / Mailing: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).

 

Bezahlung / Payment: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal.
