Description
VPI Clean G+ Miles Davis BLP 1502 Vol 2 Flat Edge 767 Lexington Labels Blue Note
?I would like to preface this description by stating that I would never knowingly sell a record that skips, but this LP also has a collector's value. This would make a good filler copy or if you want to hear the sound that these flat edge pressings still have. The LP does sound pretty great from time to time, but hard to listen to from time to time as well.
Vinyl: G+, this vinyl is play graded. Both sides play through. On side 1 tracks one and two play through with multiple light skips and ticks. As the tracks go on there are much less flaws. On side two there are 2 to 3 light skips on tracks 1 and 2. The rest of the side plays through with a very occasional skip or light distortion. Side Cleaned on a VPI HW17.
Cover: VG-, top seam is fragile, but all there, spine has a 2 " split at the bottom, bottom seam is nicely repaired with tape. There is discoloration and creases. Original inner included, but vinyl is in a MFSL-like sleeve.
