Item is visually graded;
Record is in VG+ shape with some dust to both sides, a couple of light surface scuffs on both sides, a couple of fingerprints, Overall it seems good & a clean would probably may it look even better, Inner sleeve is in VG+ shape & looks great - there is a tony hole punch through the top corner, Cover jacket is in VG+ shape with some rub wear at the edges you can see, a small hole punch at the top corner of the jacket, a light bit of rub wear but otherwise a good looking jacket,
Photos are in good shape, The photo of the man & woman has a few small holes like it was thumb tacks, a couple of small light scuff marks along the very top, the black & white photo with the nurses has a small hole at the top, the black & white photo of the woman with the pills has a small hole at the top corner & a couple to the actual picture as well, the photo of the woman getting out of bed has a staple shaped line at the eft side edge, some small holes all around when you look close, the photo of the woman under the playhouse sign has a few small holes around it when you look close, another black / white photo of a man & woman has a few small holes, the color photo of the woman has a couple of small holes, at the left corner a little crease line area that's noticeable, the black / white version of this photo has a few small holes, All the photos seem to have some light scuffs - some a little more than others, All together the photos seem to be in good - very good shape, they show some aging & light wear but they are still good,
