Valois MB 436-7 Ravel Piano Music complete JC Richard

Valois MB 436 and 437. A set of two luxury gatefold albums. Limited numbered editions. Ravel Piano Music volume 1 and 2 (complete!) by Jean Charles Richard, piano. Sonatine, Valses nobles et sentimentales, Le Tombeau de Couperin, Miroirs, Gaspard de la Nuit, Jeaux d'eau. recorded in 1961. It was recorded in stereo. The labels does not say stereo or mono, but the records sound spacious. The signal level is a bit low, so expect some surface noice when playing. Cleaning may improve this.

The sleeves are NM, with shining gold print. Inside, there are only tiny pencil marks next to the text. The records are NM also, number 436 has a non sounding mark, superficial, NM-.

Great opportunity to obtain this rare set!

Grading:

  • M: never used. I don't use this grade unless the record is sealed
  • NM: No visible or audible faults
  • EX: Record has clearly been used, but has no major audible faults, some non sounding marks possible, maybe some dirt or light surface noise (especially on older mono record, surface noise is quite normal).
  • VG: Light audible faults, ticks or surface noise
  • G: scratches, etc. I don't sell record in this condition, unless they are very special and collectible.
Records are first graded visually. If I have doubts, I grade them on my linn lp12 / clearaudio concerto. If not satisfied, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. Paying buyers will receive positive feedback.
