Van Der Graaf Generator - H to He Who Am The Only One CAS 1027 1970
1st Pressing Matrix numbers:
Side A CAS 1027 A-1U 1O
Side B CAS 1027- B-1U 1GR
Peter Hammill and the Generator's tour de force. A stunningly powerful album of heavy progressive rock blended with beautifully crafted melodies.
Vinyl: Both sides retain a high gloss. Side A is excellent+ Side B is excellent+ plays with very light crackle for first 20 secs of second side.
Labels: Pink Charisma scrolls. Both sides excellent with only light spindle marking.
Dustcover: Plain white in excellent condition.
Cover: Soft card gatefold. The manufacturer's cut of the back is slightly askew making the top edge stick out slightly. Front and back covers show some light storage rub wear. Top and bottome seams also have some rub wear. Opening edge to front side is excellent same edge to the back side has a small crease and light rub wear. Spine an corners also have light rub wear. Overall the wear is inevitable given the nature of the material.
