Van Dyke Parks - Super Chief: Music for the Silver Screen
 This is a brand new orchestral suite by Van Dyke Parks, which according to Van Dyke was inspired by a railway journey he embarked upon across the United States in 1955.   This was released on vinyl as a LIMITED EDITION RELEASE  of 800 copies, for Record Store Day (RSD) 2013. The sleeve also contains a CD in a plastic sleeve, which I've been told, is the Full LP with a few bonus tracks not on the LP. Neither vinyl nor CD are available separately.  I bought this from the store unsealed in a loose plastic bag which has a barcode stating it was made in the EU, and was informed all US copies come this way.
