Cover is generic.
Rare soundboard recording of a 1977 show from Pasadena, this was released in 1984.
As with all of these Full Tilt records, song titles and names on the label are made up.

Vinyl lhas some light marks and scuffs, including a scratch on side 2 that doesn't impact play too much except a a few light bits of noise.
Played the record front to back, it played with some light, occasional crackle, between VG and VG+... mostly VG+.
A good cleaning might make it even better, it has not been cleaned.
