Description

This is Van Halen's 10th studio album titled "Balance". Limited Rare US Only/Vinyl Pressing. Catalog # on the spine is: 9 45760-1. This copy is SEALED and MINT. It was released on January 24th,1995,on the Warner Bros.Label,and to date,is the fourth and final Van Halen album of all-new material featuring Sammy Hagar. It was produced by Bruce Fairbairn,who produced "Slippery When Wet" and "New Jersey" by Bon Jovi,"Permenent Vacation","Pump" and "Get a Grip" by Aerosmith,and "The Razors Edge" by AC/DC,all of which sold at least 5 million copies each. Fairbairn died suddenly on May 17th,1999 due to unknown causes. This record was stored in a heavy duty anvil case since 2006 and comes from a smoke/pet free home. Shipped following business day as soon as payment is received.
