Description

Up for bid is a copy of the VERY hard-to-find "Balance" LP released by Van Halen in 1995. I am the original owner; I bought this new in 1996 and it has been sitting well-protected on my shelf ever since. The album has only ever been played once, and then not all the way through. The vinyl is a solid NM with not even a blemish. The cover sleeve is EX due to only minimal wear from having been slid in and out of the shelf between the other LPs. There are no cracks or folds, and only the most minor corner wear. The lyric insert is solid M and looks like it's never even been handled. Simply put, this is the best condition you're likely to find this album in. See close-up photos for label and other details. Shipping insurance available upon request.
