THIS IS A TRUE FIRST PRESS PROMO COPY WITH DEAD WAX ETCHINGS AS FOLLOWS: Side 1:  BSK-1-3075 LW-1 F.E. ✲     Side 2:  BSK-2-3075 LW-1 ✲ Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles pressing denoted by ✲ in runouts.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A STICKLER, THIS COPY IS NOT FOR YOU! 

The vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has many surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading.(please see pics)

The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases,   and ring wear. There are no split seams, but there is a stress point on the spine that may lead to a split.(please see pics)
The custom inner sleeve is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, small tears, and ring wear. There are 3 large split seams.(please see pics)

Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - Self Titled Debut LP from 1978 on Warner Bros. Records (#BSK 3075). 

THIS IS A PROMO COPY OF A FIRST PRESSING WITH THE WARNER BROS. "PROMOTIONAL COPY" STICKER ON THE FRONT COVER and INCLUDES THE BLACK & WHITE INNER SLEEVE. THE B&W SLEEVES WERE ONLY INCLUDED WITH THE PROMO COPIES, A COLOR INNER SLEEVE WAS INCLUDED WITH THE COMMERCIAL RELEASE.

And if that wasn't enough, this is the misprint label version with the number 4 listed twice on Side 1.

SO LET'S RECAP:  1) THIS IS THE SUPER RARE PROMO VERSION WITH THE LABEL MISPRINT WITH side 1 tracks being listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5 instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 2) HAS THE BLACK & WHITE INNER SLEEVE. 3) HAS THE PINK / PURPLE WARNER BROS. PROMO ONLY STICKER ON THE FRONT COVER.
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!

The vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticeable during the quiet parts. 

Nice, fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.

This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in Very Good shape. 
The B&W custiom inner sleeve is in Good+ condition with wear typical with age including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, and ring wear. There are 3 large split seams. 
The LP is now in a plain white inner sleeve.
