Thanks for looking at the listing for my Van Halen record.  I have owned this since new and it plays great with just a few pops and crackles, no scratches.  The sleeve and inlay are in good condition as well (see photos).
I will pack the record in a brand new record mailer to keep it safe in the post.
Record grading is subjective and I try to be on the conservative side. VG+ to me means it is going to have a few pops throughout but that there are no major scratches or jumps.  NM should be for new items that have just been opened and played.
