Description

Here's one you don't want to miss out on....the Van Halen "Home Ground" LP sourced from the 6/19/81 show at the LA Sports Arena. Records were pressed on red vinyl, with a plain white label and no markings. Very cool montage artwork on cover with shots of the band members on front surrounded by flames and other cool graphics. "Dance The Night Away" on Side 2 isn't listed on the cover. Because the show was in LA, the boys were probably partying hard and it shows in a few songs; Dave doesn't sing the entire second verse of "So This Is Love". In the same song, Eddie plays part of the second solo during the FIRST solo. Also, Dave "makes up" lyrics in the second verse of "Unchained". (just like "Romeo Delight" in the US Festival show)
