Description

Up for bid is the rare Simple Rhymes LP. There is a small sticker on the back of the cover (see pictures)  that says 10/40. I don't know if that's an indication that there was 40 of these made and this is number 10 or if it's just some random sticker that was placed on the record and is totally unrelated. I don't know but I just thought I'd address it. Maybe you know more?

This is a great performance and according to what Dave says, this is VH's first trip to Germany. Backing vocals are great, instruments are great. Lots of improv jams during songs.
Sides 3 & 4:
"Hang 'em High" - which isn't even listed on the album jacket is performed with alternate lyrics. Good performance, except it seems that Dave either forgot words or forgot to sing in some places. Ed tunes up a lot. A cool insight into the development of the later tunes.
This is an absolute must for the True Fan/Collector so get those bids in early.
