It's the 1st album of this Irish artist.
And it's the original UK Mono pressing of his album.
Labels are clean (check the pictures).
condition of the disc is VG+. And this VG+ is a little closer to EX than to VG.
(My gradings are strict: NM means unplayed, EX means close to NM! Please don't expect NM or EX, then you will definitely be satisfied with this very solid VG+ condition! And please google 'discogs grade items' if you don't understand my grading).
