Original vintage 1986 Vanity “Skin On Skin” double-sided promotional poster issued by Motown Records.
This is a genuine period Motown record-store promotional piece, not a modern reproduction. The poster measures approximately 24” x 36” and features a different full-size Vanity image on each side, allowing either side to be displayed.
Both designs promote Vanity’s 1986 solo album Skin On Skin. Original period details include the Motown Records logo, © 1986 Motown Record Corporation, Printed in U.S.A. markings, and album format numbers 6167ML / 6167MC for the LP and cassette releases.

Skin On Skin was Vanity’s second and final solo studio album and included the hit single “Under the Influence.”
This original Motown promotional issue has crossover appeal for collectors of Vanity, Vanity 6, Prince-related memorabilia, Motown, 1980s R&B/funk and original record-store promotional material.
The double-sided format is particularly desirable because each side features completely different period Vanity artwork rather than simply duplicating the same image.
CONDITION
Original vintage condition with visible age-related display and storage wear. There are horizontal fold/crease lines, several small mounting/pin holes, edge and corner wear, small nicks/tears and light surface scuffs or handling marks.
Both printed sides remain complete, colorful and highly displayable, and the original Motown copyright and catalog markings remain intact.
