Description
This came out in 2012 on BB records, pressed on purplish vinyl with a clear plastic sleeve (tracklist printed on and hopefully visible in the photo). Basically it reissues tracks from the Live 1969 LP that emerged in the 70's but it has much improved sound quality being taken from first generation master tapes. It also has a number of tracks that were not included on Live 1969 including Sister Ray plus some extracts from a jam session that happened after they had played their main set.
Amazing performances on this record, it's definitely one of the best documents of the Velvets in concert. According to the sleeve only 500 copies were pressed so best not to hang around if you want to get a copy. I'm also listing a companion release with more tracks from the same club dates.
I'm happy to accept returns if you find that the description is not accurate. I have a few more items that I'll be listing in the coming days, so please take a look. Discounts on postage if you buy more than one. I'll take care with the packaging so that your item gets to you in the same condition that it was in when I sent it.
Any questions, please ask.
