Catalogue number 6641 900 on spine and rear of sleeve but 9198 030 on record labels

On sleeve the title is "waiting for my man" on label the title is "I'm waiting for the man"
During 1969 the Velvet Underground toured the United States and Canada, playing over 70 dates. On two occasions, the first in October 1969 in Dallas and in November at the Matrix club in San Francisco recordings were made. The band were given two-track mixdown tapes from the recordings for reference, but nothing was done until 1974, after the band had dissolved. The tracks on 1969 are for the most part of good sound quality, resulting from four-track recording equipment being used. Some of the tracks feature light crackling, however, as they were sourced from acetates, although there is little ambiance as no audience mic was used, which makes the album sound slightly flat, although it certainly captures a piece of rock history.
Sleeve: Side-cut non laminated gatefold sleeve. All edges and spine (fully readable) true; no rips, splits or writing , light age related signs of handling, couple of small creases, very light ringwear and small rub on corners (see photos) EX-
Inner sleeve: Original inner sleeve, slight age related discolouration, creases, but no tears VG+
Labels: Clean labels (see photos) EX-
Vinyl: Visually all sides retain original their gloss - couple of very light wispy hairlines caused by sleeve removal under light - nothing of which interferes with listening graded EX
Audio: Never the highest audio recording as it was a live album. Plays through clean - very light static on run in only, no pips, pops or nasty surprises - graded EX

I strictly adhere to the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide using one + or - for addition guidance:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
