Velvet Underground & Nico no torso near mint

Description

USA release on Verve, stereo, V6-5008. Gatefold cover is near mint with the banana totally in tact. The only blemish is a name written parallel to  the back opening about 1/2 inch tall by 2 inches long. The record is near mint, too. No torso on the back. By popular demand, well three people anyway, I added a picture of the back.
