Description

Up for bid is a fairly rare and sought after album - Velvet Underground & Nico - Verve V6-5008 Stereo - First album with entire banana still there (standard tear on stem, slightly stained, and fashonable Chiquita banana sticker -"yeah, right"- stuck on it). Desirable Version 2 lawsuit backside with black sticker pasted over the torso.

Cover has a bit of ringwear, but nothing horrible. Has a "bend" in top front cover and back bottom cover ( I have seen this album for sale here on EBay before, and seems to be a common thing). Inside cover is pretty clean, but has previous owners initials middle upper right side. Corners have normal use bends.

Vinyl is VG with various light scratches. Played all the way through with no skips, but a bit of background noise through quiet parts. Previous owners initials on labels on both sides. Has original inner sleeve.

Basically, this is a pretty solid record. Not mint by any means, but I've seen a WHOLE lot worse.
