Description
Great item for the V.U. Collector, this comprises a long droney jam over side 1 and 2 that appears to be a prelude to a 1968 Sister Ray with Cale (the familiar riff kicks in at about the 38 minute mark), and 2 versions of Sister Ray itself from the Doug Yule lineup on sides 3 and 4. The sleeve is in good nick (sorry, i'm not a professional record dealer, so am unable to grade in their NM/VG etc style, but I try to be very hoest in my descriptions - see my positive feedback...) Anyway, back to the point; sleeve has a bit of scuffing on the corners, but is otherwise fine. The discs themselves are in generally good condition, a few surface marks. Only major flaw is on side 2 there are a couple deeper marks (I seem to remember a dropped hairdryer...) The stylus does play through these, but there is an audible click for a couple of minutes.
I bought this from new in the late 1980's, and has been in my collection ever since.
