Vinyl NM visually full of original luster might never have been played came from a large psych (mostly) collection from a college radio station in Santa Barbara full of MANY perfectly pristine, unplayed records. Vinyl playgrades NM perfectly quiet between songs and no hiss or background noise during quieter passages. There was something on the front cover that was removed by the original owner that unfortunately left a large unsightly marking behind. I do not believe it was a price sticker or retail tag as all these records were sent directly from the record labels to the station program director. It might have been a promo stamp of some kind although this is NOT a yellow or white label promo, so ???. I cannot be sure what it was. It is the only defect on an otherwise very nice (especially for this LP) cover. You can see this flaw in the photos. Without this flaw I would have rated the cover VG++. Needless to say, this record almost never turns up with the vinyl in this condition. It blew me away when I first pulled it out of the box and examined the LP - I cannot know for sure but I've been doing this a long time and I must say there is a good chance that before me (I playgraded each side once) nobody has touched it since it left the factory. East Coast pressing. 3rd state cover. Labels are pristine. Banana is absolutely perfect and unpeeled.
