VERY RARE VAN HALEN FILE UNDER VAN HALEN TOO HOT TO HANDLE LP US FESTIVAL 1983 MASTER LP  
Kept stored in a poly sleeve in a smoke-free home since purchase. 


It comes in a manila folder, not a record jacket and there's no indication of any label nor where the LP was recorded. 

Apparently it is part of a live radio broadcast of the US Festival in 1983. The labels on the record says "King TOOT - Big Bands of the '40s. 

I have listened to the record and confirmed it is fact Van Halen.
