This very rare Joy Division LP Atmosphere, a German release by Atmosphere Records in 1982 (ATMOS 104), is a compilation of the live "Transmission" sessions at Central Studios, Manchester, in mid-July 1979 (tracks 1 - 4) and the Piccadilly Radio session at Pennine Studios, Manchester, 4 June 1979 (track 5 - 9) in high-quality mono.
This disc is in near-mint condition (see photos) and is identified as one of this German first-pressing by the plain, white-paper labels and the matrix/runout hand-etched wax stamps between the grooves and labels which read:
Side A: ATMOS-1-A1
Side B: ATMOS-1-B1
The cardboard sleeve has a few slight creases, dents, bends, scuffs and other shelf wear consistent with age, but is in Very-Good-Plus (VG+) condition overall (see photos).
