Description
I will be listing quite a few classic rock/prog/folk/blues albums, all of which have come from a very well looked after collection. Most of which have been stored in plastic sleeves which would explain the remarkable condition of many of the sleeves, some of which are as close to mint as you could get.
Some great titles to be listed, including Hawkwind, Yes, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Santana, Free Black Sabbath and Deep Purple. Lots of obscure stuff as well. Many of them 1st pressings in timewarp condition.
This auction is for a very good copy of Tim Rose's debut studio album Tim Rose from 1967 on CBS - 63168 Stereo. This is the first UK Pressing.
Please note all the details including Matrix numbers etc.
All the relevant details should be present for all interested parties.
Please don't hesitate to email me though if you want any more information.
Tim Rose - Tim Rose - CBS 63168
This is his debut (solo) album, after recently disbanding from folk trio The Big 3, which included Mama Cass no less.
Great album and particularly sought after for his version of Hey Joe. Also there's a great version of Morning Dew on here.
Both vinyl and sleeve are around VG.
Vinyl is: VG+, various small scuffs and scratches but still a good copy. There are numerous spindle marks.
Front Laminated Cover - VG. Quite a few laminate creases etc and it's a bit grubby on the back but no tears or seam splits
The inner sleeve is Good+ - Just very stained. I'd replace it but as it's original, it's being sold like this
Catologue number: CBS 63168
Matrix numbers Barcode and Other Identifiers Matrix / Runout: (A-side, runout, stamped): SBPG 63168 A1 Matrix / Runout: (B-side, runout, stamped): SBPG 63168 B1
The overall condition of this record is pretty good though. You won't be disappointed, i promise!
