I am not a 78 expert and I will be grading to the best of my ability and will note any visual defects to the best of my ability.

As new and unplayed (there are virtually no 78s that can categorically be claimed to be unplayed).N (78) 

Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.N- (78) 

Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.E+ (78)

Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, but a fewscuffs and scratches.E  (78) inaudible

Still shiny but without the lustre of a new record, few light scratches.  Some wear, scratches and scuffs, but no skipped or repeat grooves.E- (78) LP:

V+ is an average condition 78 in which scuffs and general use has dulled the finish somewhat. Wear is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced. Below average with scuffs and scratches on fewer than half the tracks. .V+ (78)  LP:No skips or repeat grooves

Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive.V (78) 

Quite playable still, but distortion and heavy graying in loud passages. Music remains loud in most passages. Surface noise and scratches well below music level. Lowest Grade. Audible scratches, etc. on more than half the tracks. Listening uncomfortable.V- (78)LP:

. Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.G+ (78)

. Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise.G (78)

. Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.G- (78)

. Most of music remains audible over surface noise, but listening now uncomfortable.F (78)

NB: Damage to labels and jackets (LP) should be noted whenever present

Shipping for all 78s will be $6 via Media NOT $4 within the US... Please Please do not pay until I invoice you. All 78s will be shipped in size appropriate box, sandwiched with cardboard and floating in bubble wrap to avoid damage. If you would like insurance please message so I can add. If there are any other shipping demands or questions please just message. If you pay the $4 you will be asked to send an additional $2 USD

Payment is Expected within 10 days or less if you can not make payment within this time frame please message me BEFORE auctions end. If Payment is not received after 3 days a Payment Reminder Will be sent and if payment is not received after 7 days an unpaid claim will be opened then after 10 days if payment is not received I will close case.

Customs Value will be put at the cost of the Sale Price unless otherwise discussed so please message BEFORE auctions end

All United States and Canadian packages will have a delivery confirmation number for tracking. If your country does not have international tracking then you will have to use Priority International so that tracking is provided. The only way I will ship using First Class to a country without tracking will be if discussed and accepted by the buyer before hand. (some countries all South & Central America, Russia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, most of Eastern Europe) (NO FRANCE unless you pay for Priority International)

Within the US all records are shipped Media mail in cardboard mailer with stiffener. I do combine shipping. If you like your record shipped by a different method then Media please let me know so that I can adjust the cost. If you would like insurance please let me know as well, Thank you.

International bidders please please please get in contact with me for ACCURATE shipping costs as EBAY does not allow me to put in the specific weight so shipping will be less then it shows on the auction. I ship first class international up to 4lbs / 1.8kg --- over 4lbs / 1.8kg I have to ship Priority International.

Some records are rescues from barns, basements, attics and other places that people should not keep records but sadly they do. So some of the records might have an odor that when put in and handled by a collector will dissipate.
