Description
This is a rare jazz 10” EP, a very early example of multi tracking on a ‘quartet’ album, performed by multi-instrumentalist Victor Feldman (‘Kid Krupa’) with Lennie Bush on bass. Feldman went on to a stellar career alongside both Cannonball Adderley and recording on the west coast of the U.S (including the jazz classic ‘Nightfly’ by Donald Fagen).
This record is graded VG+ for online sale due to being in great condition but bearing two notable scratches (see pictures), while we had no issues on our turntable we cannot guarantee audio fidelity on lighter arm-weighted systems due to these scratches to the playing surface.
The sleeve has some dirt marks and a small split on the front face and side; but nothing detrimental to the record inside.
Customers are welcome to collect from our store in Tenterden as we are always keen to meet like-minded individuals, or we can safely package for postage via record-mailer - please request an invoice before making payment if you wish for tracked postage at an additional cost.
(Please be aware that unless by request the store is currently open Wednesday to Saturday and therefore postage will only be made within those working hours).
This is is a little bit of jazz (and recording) history, so grab yourself an unusual example of great jazz on a 50’s EP!
