Description

Here is Victor Monarch Red Seal record #81047, with a back sticker date of January 1, 1904. Soprano Marcella Sembrich sings ""Ah Non Glunge" from the Bellini opera "La Sonnambula" with piano.  This was recorded on November 19, 1904, and released in March 1905.  Loud and dramatic singing, very enjoyable.  The record plays well with fairly limited surface noise.  The odd edge chip shown in the third picture does not go into the music grooves. A Red Seal Monarch is extremely rare, I have only seen a handful of them in 40+ years of collecting!   If this is what you like, do not pas it up!
