Description

Handsome vintage 12-pocket 10-inch 78 RPM record album containing nine Victor and RCA Victor shellac records, with three additional empty pockets available for expansion.

This is a particularly appealing ready-made vintage 78 collection because the contents include several genuinely collectible jazz and popular-music recordings, highlighted by Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli, Lionel Hampton, Artie Shaw, Larry Clinton, Jeannette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy.

The album itself is an attractive period piece with a warm brown faux-leather exterior, embossed decorative border and gold-script “Record Album” lettering on the front.

Inside are twelve individual heavy paper record pockets and the original printed Decca Record Album index page.
