Description

This fabulous 1945 Bing Crosby Merry Christmas album from Decca Records is a little piece of Christmas past—the kind that brings to mind glowing tree lights, tinsel, presents under the tree and Bing’s unmistakable voice filling the room.

Housed in its wonderful original book-style album, Decca A-550, this set includes four 10-inch shellac 78 RPM records featuring eight timeless Christmas songs. And that turquoise, pink and green cover? Pure vintage holiday charm.

🎶 Christmas Classics Include:

✦ White Christmas

✦ I’ll Be Home for Christmas

✦ Silent Night, Holy Night

✦ Adeste Fideles

✦ God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen

✦ Faith of Our Fathers

✦ Jingle Bells — with The Andrews Sisters

✦ Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town — with The Andrews Sisters

There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about holding an original set like this nearly 80 years after families first brought it home for Christmas. These are songs that have played through generations of holiday gatherings—and Bing Crosby’s warm, familiar voice still feels like Christmas.
