Description
I just attended the estate sale of a serious record collector from California. All records were graded and well organized. I know very little about vintage records so will rely on his grading information and will try to add information from a novice's eye. Keep watching as I will be listing records records and more records over the upcoming weeks.
All of the 78's were stored in brown paper sleeves with a label giving information.

According to original owner's info this record was recorded in 1956
Original owner's grading is VG+
To me the record has a nice shine, the label is in good condition. I see some very scuffs, but nothing that looks deep or serious. Not being an expert on grading, and this makes me rather nervous!! It does look like it needs a gentle cleaning, but I'm not familiar with the process, so I will leave that to the lucky winner
