The Beatles Box, a compilation of Beatles original songs produced by EMI on the Parlophone label in a box set of 8, 12" vinyl records, produced in 1980 and in fantastic condition. This set has been kept in dark storage for years. There is no damage or discolouration to the box, the 8 sleeves or the 8 dust covers. There are no scratches to any of the records themselves. It would not be a surprise to me if any member of the family from whom I acquired them had said they had never been played, but alas, they were all too young to know that definitively. Suffice it to say the family had never seen them played. They came to me as part of a house clearance so I can't say either. There is a very long period storage fusty smell to the box but this can be dealt with easily, nor is it unpleasant. With vinyl records getting popular again this is a wonderful way for someone to grab a most remarkable piece of history in one box. No buy it now, no reserve, just a sensible starting price.
