Description
This listing is for two vinyl records from the 1950s. They have been meticulously cared for over the years by an obsessive lover of classical music on vinyl.
The first record is Beethoven Symphony No. 3 in E-Flat Major, OP. 55 ("Eroica") with Felix Weingartner conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. This record is in great condition with light wear to the edges. Corners show very slight wear. There is a small amount of writing in a small area of the back toward the top. "AES February 8, 1958" is written at the very top. There is also an X on the top-right of the back cover. There is also some tape adhesive on the right edge of the back. The vinyl itself is in fantastic, almost like-new condition. No scratches or marks of any kind. Record plays flawlessly.
The second record is Beethoven Symphony No. 4 in B-flat major, op. 60 with Felix Weingartner conducting the London Philharmonic. The case is in better condition than the other piece, but it does have the same wiring at the to with the X as well. There is also a number 4 that is circles at the top-right. The vinyl itself is in fantastic, almost like-new condition. No scratches or marks of any kind. Record plays flawlessly.
