Rare vintage Roy Orbison 45 record Crawling Back/If You Can't Say Something Nice with picture sleeve. I'm not a collector so I'm not familiar with grading, but it is in very nice condition, appears to have been played little if at all. For some reason there is a small hole thru the record on the label, shown in the photos.
